Structure Review + Banking
Structure Review + Banking combines a review of your company structure, residency and existing banking with fully managed bank onboarding. Where a different set-up would make the business easier to bank, we explore operating and holding companies, trusts, foundations or residency options with licensed partners, then build the banking around the structure you choose.
Scope and fee are agreed with you up front, before any work begins.

How it works
- 1DiscoveryA detailed questionnaire and a strategy call to understand your objectives, timeline, constraints and risk factors.
- 2OptionsWe research suitable jurisdictions and structures with our partners and present the viable options side by side: residency requirements, compliance obligations, pros and cons, and the tax questions to settle with a licensed adviser.
- 3DecisionYou take the time you need to review the options, ask questions or visit a jurisdiction. Scope, partners and timeline are then confirmed in writing before execution begins.
- 4ImplementationLicensed local partners form the companies or file the residency applications, while we coordinate every party and keep the timeline moving.
- 5Banking around the structureWith the structure in place, we run the managed onboarding: operating, treasury and backup accounts, each with institutions that understand how the structure works.
Questions
Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. Redomiciled is an introducer and coordinator. Legal and tax advice comes from licensed lawyers, accountants and tax advisers, whom we introduce and work alongside. We make sure their advice and the banking plan fit together.
Do I need a new company to open a bank account?
Not always. Sometimes the existing structure works once it is explained well. The review shows whether a change would genuinely improve banking access or whether the effort is better spent on presenting what you already have.
Can residency improve private banking access?
Often. Many private banks decide whom they serve partly on where a client is resident, so a residency that matches how you actually live can open relationships that a mismatched one closes. We look at residency options together with the banking plan.
Which jurisdictions do you cover?
Our professional network spans more than 48 jurisdictions, from Hong Kong, the UAE and Cyprus to the United States, Georgia and Latin America. The jurisdictions page lists the main ones and what we arrange in each.
How long does a structure review take?
The review and the options come first; implementation then depends on the jurisdictions and partners involved. We agree a timeline with you in writing before execution starts, and keep you updated against it.
