Banking Consultation
The Banking Consultation is a structured review of your business, ownership and payment flows that ends in a banking strategy: which kinds of institution suit each account you need, what they will ask of you, and direct introductions to suitable partners in our network. You then apply yourself, with light follow-up from us.
Scope and fee are agreed with you up front, before any work begins.

How it works
- 1Discovery callWe go through what the business does, who owns and controls it, where clients and suppliers sit, which currencies you use and the volumes you expect. These are the questions every bank will ask, so we ask them first.
- 2AssessmentWe define the job of each account. An operating account needs reliability for daily flows, a treasury account needs stability for accumulated capital, and a backup account keeps you running if a provider becomes difficult.
- 3Banking strategyYou receive the kinds of institution that fit each role, the jurisdictions involved, the documents they are likely to request and how to present your activity so that it makes sense to a compliance team.
- 4Introductions and follow-upWe introduce you directly to the recommended providers in our network. You submit the applications yourself, and we stay available for questions while onboarding runs.
Questions
What happens in a banking consultation?
We review your business model, ownership, payment flows, currencies and jurisdictions, then set out which kinds of institution suit each account you need and what they will ask for. The consultation ends with a written banking strategy and direct introductions to suitable partners in our network.
Which banks will you recommend?
That depends on your profile, which is why we do not publish institution names. Some providers are strong on international transfers, others on holding larger balances, card processing or specific industries. We match the institution to the job the account has to do.
Do you guarantee that a bank will accept me?
No. Every institution runs its own due diligence and makes its own decision. What we can do is point you to institutions whose criteria fit your profile and tell you what they expect, which improves the odds of a clean application.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
A short description of what the business sells and to whom, an overview of who owns and controls it, the countries involved, the currencies you use and the monthly volumes you expect. Existing bank statements or declined applications help too.
Can I move to Banking Done For You later?
Yes. Many clients start with a consultation and then ask us to manage the onboarding once the strategy is clear. The work already done carries over, and the scope and fee of the next step are agreed with you before anything starts.
