How we work
Redomiciled is an introducer and coordinator for international banking, company formation and residency. We are not a bank and not a law firm, and we do not give legal or tax advice: licensed partners do. Our job is to match you with the right institutions and professionals and to run the process from first call to completion.

Our role
We sit between you and the institutions and professionals you need: banks and payment institutions, company formation agents, immigration specialists, lawyers, accountants and tax advisers. We understand your situation, work out which of them fit, make the introductions and coordinate every party until the work is done.
Regulated work stays with the regulated. Accounts are opened by the banks themselves after their own checks; companies are formed by licensed local agents; residency and citizenship applications are filed by authorised partners; legal and tax opinions come from licensed advisers. We make sure their work fits together and that you always know what happens next.
What we are not
- Not a bank: we never hold, move or manage client money.
- Not a law firm or tax adviser: we do not give legal, tax or investment advice.
- Not an agent of any single institution: we recommend whoever fits your profile.
- Not a guarantor: approval always rests with the institution or authority.
Our six-phase process
Every engagement follows the same six phases. The depth of each phase depends on the service you choose, from a single banking consultation to a full structure review with banking.
Phase 1
Discovery
We learn your situation before recommending anything.
- A planning questionnaire on your personal, business and financial situation and your goals
- A strategy call to clarify objectives and timelines, identify constraints and risk factors, and confirm the brief
Phase 2
Research and structuring
We work out which jurisdictions, structures and institutions fit.
- Analysis of possible jurisdictions and structures using our own research, partner insight and compliance considerations
- A structured presentation of the viable options: residency requirements, compliance obligations, pros and cons, and the tax questions to confirm with a licensed adviser
- A call to walk through the options, explain the trade-offs and give our recommendation
Phase 3
Your decision
You decide in your own time, with the information you need.
- A review period in which you can do your own research, ask questions or visit a jurisdiction
- Confirmation of the chosen structure, timeline and engagement
Phase 4
Scope and fee
Nothing starts until scope, partners and costs are agreed.
- Confirmation of the scope and fee with you and the partners involved
- A joint call with the partner where useful, to settle scope and timelines before work begins
Phase 5
Execution
We coordinate every party until the work is complete.
- One shared channel for you, us and the partners, so nobody works from an old version
- Document preparation, filings and applications handled by the licensed partners, with us keeping the timeline
Phase 6
Ongoing support
Structures and accounts need upkeep after the first year.
- Reminders for renewals, annual filings and the information banks request at periodic reviews
- Help when your business, residence or banking needs change
How we choose partners
An introduction is only as good as the partner behind it, so we vet the institutions and professionals in our network before we introduce anyone, and keep reviewing them afterwards.
Licensed and regulated
Banks, payment institutions, formation agents and advisers must hold the licence their work requires in their jurisdiction.
Track record
We work with partners whose results we have seen on real client files, not with whoever advertises the most.
Clear about criteria
A good partner tells us up front whom they can serve, so clients are not sent to institutions that will decline them.
Independent of us
Partners keep their own compliance and decisions. We never ask them to relax a check for a client.
What institutions will ask of you
Banks and authorities must know who they deal with and where the money comes from. Expect the same questions wherever you apply, and expect them again at periodic reviews. Preparing them well is the single biggest factor in a smooth application.
- Identity documents and proof of address for every director, shareholder, beneficial owner and authorised signatory
- Company documents: formation papers, register extracts, articles and ownership records
- A plain description of the business: what you sell, to whom, where customers are, how they pay and which currencies and volumes to expect
- Source of wealth: how your overall wealth was built, supported by records such as sale agreements, dividends, employment history or investment statements
- Source of funds: where the specific money for the account or investment comes from
- Evidence that matches the story: website, contracts, invoices, supplier agreements, financial statements or a business plan
Confidentiality and your data
Your documents and details are shared only with the institutions and partners involved in your engagement, and only what they need for their own checks and work. We do not sell personal data and we do not publish client or partner names without written consent.
Confidentiality is not secrecy. Banks report account information to tax authorities under international exchange agreements, and we expect every structure we coordinate to be fully declared where you are tax resident.
What we will not do
- Guarantee that an account, permit or passport will be approved
- Promise secrecy or help hide assets from tax authorities
- Help with tax evasion, sanctions evasion or concealing who owns a business
- Present a business to a bank differently from how it really operates
- Give legal, tax or investment advice ourselves
- Recommend an institution or jurisdiction because it pays us rather than because it fits you
Questions
Is Redomiciled a bank?
No. Redomiciled is an introducer and coordinator. We never hold or move client money. Accounts are opened by licensed banks and payment institutions after their own due diligence.
Does Redomiciled give legal or tax advice?
No. Legal and tax advice comes from licensed lawyers, accountants and tax advisers in the relevant jurisdictions. We introduce them, coordinate with them and make sure their advice fits the banking and structuring plan.
Can you guarantee a bank account or residency?
No. Banks, payment institutions and immigration authorities make their own decisions. We improve the odds by matching you to institutions whose criteria fit and by preparing a complete, consistent file.
Who sees my documents?
Only the institutions and partners involved in your engagement, and only what they need for their checks and work. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Will my accounts be reported to tax authorities?
Usually, yes. Most countries exchange financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard, and the United States has its own regime. We expect every structure we coordinate to be declared where you are tax resident.
